Koalas are cuddly, Australian, and fairly small. Pandas have their fair share of good talents such as eating a lot of bamboo, growing up really fast, and being "giant." Most people, when they refer to pandas, are referring to the Giant Pandas. But who wants a Giant Panda when you've got a bunch of cuddly koalas right next door in Australia? Baby pandas are admittedly cuddly, but they don't stay that way. That's why I think koalas are better.
